Any parcel i get delivered by them get's dropped off with my son at his work and i get it when he comes home. It saves the driver a walk down our long path plus from wherever he can park his van witch could be 200 yards up the road,. Lazy b@****d. ps my son is too polite to tell him where to go and just takes the parcel.

Parcelforce is no better or worse than any other courier. Having worked for a couple of parcel networks as a night trunk driver and seeing what a parcel has to go through I no doubt pack stuff I send differently than most people. Never had anything damaged despite at one point selling 100s of laptops a year all over the EU and as far as the Canary Islands. Even sent a Yaesu FT1000 MkV Field to Italy.
