Hi everyone and thanks for letting me join. My name is Mark , but always known to friends as Scoob, hence the AKA scoob2408. Many years back in the 70's as a kid I was on the AM, USB/LSB and later FM when it became legal. Iv recently brought a new radio (Midland Alan42 D's) to come back to CB after nearly 40yrs. Iv only had the radio for a few days and I'm just monitoring until I get use to the way things are done now. So advice and support would be great. My location is on the Isle Of Wight, it's an island a short distance from Portsmouth, and about as far south as you can go in the UK before you hit France. For those of you have not heard of it. I'm sure I will have lots of stupid questions, so please bare with me until I get back up to speed. So I apologize in advance. Thank you for your time if you have read this to the end without getting board or fallen asleep. Many thanks and catch ya on the side :-)
