Hi there everybody,
I have just signed up on here. Im new to CB so would like to request a call sign and am looking to learn more about it. Im a ham radio foundation license holder already and use a variety of different equipment. So look forward to giving cb a go plus I'm learning morse too at the moment. I'm in West Sussex Smile

Sorry daft question though, how to I use it on the air. Do I say CT 3919? or do I use it as shown 26CT3919? I'm new to cb radio so am a little unsure apologies.

Hi Markus.

Your call sign is made up of three constituents "26" Which is England's division number "CT" the DX group you now belong to and finally 3919 your personal identifier. 

If you are talking to your mates up the road I would say just use CT-3919 but if your working a station from another country then definitely your full call sign 26-CT-3919.
