Anyone on here has a d2 ?

I'm looking for ideas to mount my stalker 9fdx on a permanent basis but keeping out of eyes also .

I wouldn't worry about it. When people break into cars they're looking for something to nick they can sell easily. When my car was broken into years ago they took the 5 year old Satnav and left the TS480 sat right next to it in the glovebox.

Thing is unless in the know you think what the f is that and because they dont know look for something else .. I reckon a yaesu 857d be perfect rig ... hf /11m and vhf and uhf while only having the faceplate on display . Just a shame there a fair bit .
